Pricing
Purchase/Sale (established residential properties): $990.00 plus GST ($1,089) + out-of-pocket disbursements (e.g. title searches and rates certificates – approx $200 for a house and $350 for a unit/apartment with an Owners Corporation)
Contract & Section 32 reviews (standard residential less than 200 pages): first one FREE!
Additional standard reviews (turnaround time 1-2 days): $110 (waived for the property that you end up buying)
Please note that I do not currently have capacity to review off-the-plan contracts or urgent reviews (same day turnaround).
